Full Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for an individual with excellent communication, organizational, and relationship building skills to join the Tumolo Financial team as an experienced Financial Advisor. Unlike most firms, we provide the leads. No cold calls!

As a Financial Advisor, you will work with individuals and families to put together financial plans focusing on tax strategies, investment and estate planning.

What You Will Be Expected to Do:

Assist clients with achieving and maintaining financial security by providing financial advice and matching solutions with clients’ needs and goals
Develop rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships
Demonstrate knowledge of Tumolo Financial products, services, and financial market trends
Maintain client base and keep current client financial plans up to date – responsible for working leads provided by Tumolo Financial to build a portfolio of clients
Provide dedicated and focused client experiences

What We Are Looking For:

2-6 years’ client-facing financial services experience required
Securities License Series 65 or 66 required
Entrepreneurial, competitive, and coachable
Client-focused: strong communication and effective relationship management skills
Proactive demeanor, strong initiative, honesty, and integrity
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and communications
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM software

In addition, the selected candidate must present themselves in a professional manner and be extremely articulate with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, small office environment.
