Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cannabis and committed to providing exceptional customer service. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, ensuring they have a positive experience in our dispensary. 3 month probationary period, possible to earn up to $18 after probationary period. Tips earned as well are yours! We do not make you share your tips with us or other employees! What you make is yours! This position is for full time and you must be open to work weekends, days, nights, and holidays.
We are looking for people for MIXED SHIFTS DAYS,NIGHTS,WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS! Please do not apply if you can only do Mon-Fri morning schedule, neither part timers, as well as people who will have special needs with scheduling. Duties
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.
- Process transactions accurately using a cash register and handle cash with care.
- Maintain knowledge of current product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas.
- Getting google reviews for the business.
- Boost sales and upsell products.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and performing retail math calculations.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- A passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various products is highly desirable.
- experience in the cannabis industry is highly recommended as this is a government monitored organization
- Cannabis retail sales or industry experience is strongly recommended for this position as we are a high volume store.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
