Job Summary

Join our dynamic personal injury law firm as a Legal Assistant dedicated to supporting our plaintiff-focused practice. In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of case management, ensuring smooth operations from client intake to case resolution. Your proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional legal support, advocate fiercely for our clients, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism. Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury cases, including initial client interviews, case file organization, and ongoing case updates
Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and correspondence with precision and clarity

Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and expert witnesses through effective communication and scheduling
Review documents for accuracy, proofread legal drafts, transcribe dictations, and assist in preparing trial exhibits and reports
Maintain organized electronic and physical files while adhering to procedural law requirements and confidentiality standards

Requirements
Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience in a law office setting with exposure to personal injury law or general litigation
Strong knowledge of procedural law, legal research techniques, and document review processes

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional writing skills for drafting correspondence, pleadings, and reports with clarity and professionalism
Effective interviewing skills to gather detailed client information accurately during initial consultations
Superior phone etiquette coupled with strong administrative support capabilities such as data entry, filing, proofreading, transcription, and clerical tasks
Knowledge of
