Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Spa Manager with a strong focus on sales growth and people management. In this role, you will lead the daily operations of our spa, drive retail sales, and foster a welcoming environment for both clients and staff. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about wellness, beauty, and team development to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant spa setting. Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational efficiency
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of therapists and skincare specialists through effective training, coaching, and performance management
Drive retail sales by promoting massage and skincare products, implementing sales strategies, and monitoring inventory levels
Develop staff schedules, manage shift coverage, and ensure optimal staffing levels to meet customer demand
Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction
Manage payroll, inventory control, and purchasing processes to optimize profitability
Implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including promotional campaigns and community outreach

Requirements

Proven management experience in a retail or service environment, preferably within the wellness or beauty industry
Strong sales management skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective team leadership
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages
Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and operational procedures such as cash handling and pricing strategies
Demonstrated ability to recruit, interview, onboard new employees, and conduct employee orientation programs
Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques including merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional planning
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative tasks
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work environment
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone etiquette or in person while maintaining high standards of service excellence
