We are seeking an HVAC Construction Foreman to join our talented HVAC Team.
The HVAC Construction Foreman will be responsible for handling sheet metal installation for commercial duct systems and equipment installation. This position is a working foreman position. You will be given all the tools needed to succeed and will take the time to teach and help you develop your career.

Competent and experienced in executing all phases of duct installation

Apply duct insulation according to specifications

Interpreting construction blueprints, plans and diagrams

Working knowledge of safety and standard practices
-
Plan daily installation workflows and calculate accurate material orders

Direct, mentor, and supervise on-site sheet metal installation crews
-
Liaise clearly with project owners, general contractors, and management
-
Coordinate installation paths smoothly with other trades.

Proven track record working as a field lead or foreman.

Strong team management skills to direct mechanics and apprentices.

Deep expertise in SMACNA standards and local mechanical codes.

Proficiency with sheet metal field fabrication tools and hand tools.

Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve trade routing conflicts on-site.

Excellent verbal communication for coordinating with general contractors and owners

Willing to work hours as needed

Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Responsible, Coachable, Team Oriented.
