We are looking for talented Painters to become a part of our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial painting and have the ability to handle a variety of projects that require careful attention to detail and a dedication to high-quality work. This position includes preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work aligns with our exceptional quality standards.
*Applicants must have reliable transportation to the designated jobsite or optionally, to our main office located in Hagerstown Maryland to have transportation provide to the job site*
Painter Classifications for positions available:
Foreman
Minimum Qualifications
· OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
· Five (5) to seven (7) years of commercial painting experience
· Current respirator fit test certification
· Valid driver's license
· Current Lift Certification
Required Skills & Responsibilities
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Excellent attendance and dependability
· Ability to supervise and direct assigned crews
· Accurately record crew time and daily production
· Spray, brush, roll, and texture applications
· Safely lift and carry materials weighing 35 pounds or more
Lead Painter
Minimum Qualifications
· OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
· More than three (3) years of painting experience
· Current respirator fit test certification
· Current Lift Certification
Required Skills & Responsibilities
· Good leadership abilities
· Excellent attendance
· Ability to supervise one- to two-person crews when assigned
· Record crew time accurately
· Spray, brush, and roller applications
· Safely lift and carry materials weighing 35 pounds or more
· Valid driver's license preferred
Class A Painter
Minimum Qualifications
· OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification
· Current respirator fit test certification
· Current Lift Certification
Required Skills & Responsibilities
· Strong work ethic
· Good attendance
· Spray, brush, and roller applications
· Complete assigned work with minimal supervision
· Safely lift and carry materials weighing 35 pounds or more
Training: We offer thorough training and ensure that all team members maintain current certifications. All certifications are completed on paid time to employee.

- The typical carpool location is in Hagerstown Maryland. It is optional to meet here or you will be required to report to the scheduled jobsite location at the scheduled time. All efforts are made to keep work close to your home location but may or may not be within an hour of travel from your home. Most job sites are in the 4 state location ( MD, WV, PA,VA) and are mostly based within a 90 mile radius from our hagerstown location. Do you have transportation to our carpool location or if traveling to jobsites directly able to commute to these locations?
