Full Job Description

At RDR, we have a strong focus on growth and recruitment and employ only the best local talent within our region.

RDR is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to round out the Accounts Payable Department.

Job Duties:

Enter a high volume of invoices, ensuring they are accurately coded and authorized.
Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies or queries promptly.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Assist the finance team with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
Communicate with vendors and internal managers to ensure smooth payment processes.
Review invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, account coding, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar finance role.
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with strong MS Excel skills.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of related experience
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
