```Duties```
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Perform front desk duties such as checking patients in and out, verifying insurance information, and collecting payments
- Provide excellent customer support and address patient concerns or issues
- Maintain organized patient records and update information as necessary
