(TEMPORARY) Mental Health Technician – FULL TIME only

A FLAT RATE OF $25 PER HOUR FOR 3 TO 6 MONTHS AS A TEMP.

This position does not include any benefits.

Behavioral Health and Residential Treatment Center experience preferred.

Training program provided

Full Time Day, Afternoon, & Night shifts available.

Fox Run: The Center for Children and Adolescents, a subsidiary of UHS, is recruiting for dynamic and talented Temporary Mental Health Technicians for 1st shift(6:30a.m. - 3:00 p.m.), 2nd Shift(2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.), and 3rd Shift(10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.)

Located in St. Clairsville (OH), this 100-bed facility thrives on passionate and dedicated personnel, while incorporating innovative technology and therapies for the betterment of our patients. The Direct Care/Behavioral Health position is a front-line opportunity with responsibility for direct patient care of our children and adolescent residents. The Mental Health Tech/Behavioral Health ensures the safety and well-being of the residents while supporting the therapeutic milieu.

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to help us continue our tradition of helping our residents achieve the greatest chance of success possible. The Mental Health Tech/Behavioral Health participates in the development and implementation of clients' behavioral programs by providing care and close supervision of facility clients and documenting behavior; by developing positive relationships with clients and co-workers; following facility policies and procedures; and by implementing treatment plans and providing crisis intervention as necessary.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or GED is required.

Experience working in a children/adolescent program strongly preferred.

Experience in a residential program is preferred.

Valid state driver's license
