What does our HVAC team do?
The HVAC HELPER will be responsible for assisting skilled sheet metal workers and foreman in the fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of sheet metal & HVAC components on residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems. This position supports daily jobsite operations by handling materials, preparing work areas, and performing basic tasks under supervision while following safety procedures and quality standards.
The HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN responsible for the installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role includes working on a variety of systems such as roof top units, mini-splits, air cooled chillers and VRF systems. The technician ensures that systems function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The HVAC FOREMAN will be responsible for directing the removal, preparation, and installation of HVAC systems for primarily commercial HVAC. This position oversees and performs physical labor as part of a production crew and assists in all phases of commercial roofing projects including tear-off, installation, flashing, clean-up, and jobsite safety/housekeeping. This role requires strong technical skills, and attention to detail. The role requires reliability, physical endurance, and the ability to LEAD a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company and manufacturer standards. The FOREMAN must be able to give direction, work within a team of others to perform a task, perform skilled details, work at heights, and ensure that all work is performed to code and in accordance with specifications.
HVAC Helper Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Six (6) months experience working in construction, HVAC, sheet metal, or a related trade environment
HVAC Service Technician Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certified Technician
Universal EPA 608 Certification
5 (Five) years of commercial HVAC/R experience
HVAC Foreman Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of HVAC experience
2 years of leadership or foreman experience
Ability to work 8 to 12 hours shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays with travel.
Willingness to comply with all safety standards and requirements
Current driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

WORK CONDITIONS:
Works outside in all types of weather and may be exposed to extreme heat and cold, rain, snow, sun etc.
