Full Job Description

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Summary:

AQualiT Health® is looking for an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner licensed in Arkansas to conduct telehealth weight-loss consultations for one of our company contractor's enrolled clients. Ideally, the Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with multi-state licensure is a huge plus in addition to Arkansas!

**You will be credentialed with a major hospital health system** (30 day process)**

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

Conduct a consultation via video visit to gather all pertinent patient medical information.
Prescribe weight-loss medication based on a protocol as appropriate.
Adhere to company guidelines and complete all required training.
Contractors’ conduct conforms to the Mission, Vision, Values, and Code of Conduct of company clients.
Effectively protects all health information from unauthorized access per HIPAA regulations and all applicable local and state laws.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
Exhibits good attendance and punctuality.
Adheres to the Dress Code during video calls.
Functions with an awareness of patient safety issues and applies basic principles of safety.
Display excellent customer service by handling patient care concerns, answering patient clinical questions, prescribing medication as appropriate and providing medical guidance as necessary.
Exhibits behavior that is courteous, compassionate, polite, friendly, and respectful towards patients, patient’s family, physicians, and co-workers and extends self to make patients, and other members of the healthcare team feel welcome and respected.

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Requirements:

Experience in telehealth clinical practice as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
Ability to consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
Knowledge of Telehealth Protocols and HIPAA compliance.
Tech-savvy and excellent in verbal communication
Experience in telemedicine preferred.
Credentialed with Medicare in the state of Arkansas.
Current active, unrestricted Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner license and in good standing with the respective Board of Nursing.
Individual malpractice insurance ($1M/$3M policy).
Additional state licensure a plus.
Additional NP license in Rhode Island a HUGE plus!
Minimum 4-hour shift blocks.
Minimum of 16 hours per week.

Job Type: 1099-Contract

Pay Range: $70-$80/hour

Standard shift:

Day shift
Evening shift

Weekly schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
