Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will help us elevate every guest interaction. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling
Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction

Requirements

Prior restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining environments preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes
Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
