We are seeking a passionate, patient-centric RDA or front desk team member to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles. Our small town community values oral health and patient care above anything else. Instead of volume, we prefer quality.

NO WEEKENDS/NO NIGHTSHIFTS

Responsibilities: As part of our team, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including:

Review and update dental x-rays, intraoral photos, and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
Record detailed narratives including medical history and chief concerns
Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
Successfully Sterilize and Flip Dental Rooms quickly and efficiently.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.

Qualifications:

Current Certification from an accredited Assisting Program. OR certification in taking radiographs if applying for assistant
Current CPR Certification.
Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time
