Spa Attendant / Administrative Support – The Haven Day Spa & Wellness Clinic Williston, ND | Part-Time / Full-Time (10–30hrs/week) ---

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-orientedSpa Attendant to support both the front-of-house guest experience and back-of-house operations. This key position ensures everything runs smoothly — from cleaning and laundry to greeting guests, scheduling, and supporting the practitioners. ---

Position Overview: The Spa Attendant / Administrative Support plays a vital dual role in maintaining the cleanliness, flow, and guest experience throughout The Haven. This position includes

daily cleaning,
laundry, stocking,
and sanitation duties,
as well as assisting with scheduling,
guest check-ins,
and administrative tasks.

Spa Attendants are the heartbeat of The Haven — creating a seamless and serene atmosphere that reflects our brand’s luxury standards. ---

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Front Desk Support Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, beverage service, and orientation to the spa.
Prepare client robes, slippers, and amenities in the Rest & Relaxation Lounge.
Assist with booking appointments, managing waitlists, and processing transactions in Mangomint.
Restock refreshments, tea, and snacks throughout the day.
Support team communication by notifying practitioners of client arrivals and changes.
Maintain a calm, professional presence at all times — embodying The Haven’s warmth and hospitality. ---

Cleaning & Sanitation Duties: Perform all cleaning to The Haven’s luxury and state-board standards:

Daily Cleaning Tasks Wipe down treatment rooms between every client (bed, counter, face cradle, tools, etc.).
Replace linens and towels promptly;
keep laundry continuously cycling.
Sweep, mop, and sanitize all spa floors and restrooms.
Disinfect doorknobs, counters, and high-touch areas throughout the day.
Restock treatment rooms with clean sheets, towels, and supplies.
Empty garbage, sanitize bins, and replace liners in all rooms.
Clean mirrors, sinks, and all bathroom surfaces throughout shifts.
Ensure candles, diffusers, and aromatherapy are refreshed as needed.
Keep back bar and dispensary areas organized and stocked.

Weekly Cleaning Tasks:

Deep clean restrooms, showers, and locker rooms.
Wash and sanitize all robes, spa sandals, and reusable items.
Wipe down baseboards, doors, and cabinetry.
Clean and sanitize float pod rooms, cocoon rooms, and common areas.
Polish chrome, faucets, and fixtures.
Disinfect and deep clean equipment carts and storage shelves.

Monthly Cleaning Tasks:

Deep clean all treatment rooms (walls, vents, light fixtures).
Wash curtains, rugs, and chair covers.
Reorganize supply storage and label inventory.
Audit cleaning supplies, restock, and report items to order. ---

Administrative & Operational Support:

Assist with inventory management for linens, laundry, retail, and backbar.
Log usage of products and supplies to help track cost efficiency.
Support managers with data entry, retail restock, and labeling.
Help set up rooms for new services or promotions (seasonal décor, displays, etc.).
Prepare welcome packets, brochures, and retail displays as directed.
Help monitor daily checklists, open/close procedures, and ensure task completion.
Communicate maintenance or equipment issues promptly to management. ---

Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Friendly, dependable, and motivated by teamwork and service.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Basic computer and POS skills (experience with Mangomint a plus).
Prior spa, salon, or hospitality experience preferred (but not required).
Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. ---

Compensation & Schedule Hourly Position: $15–$18/hour DOE, with potential for advancement. Performance-based monthly bonuses for reliability, teamwork, and cleanliness excellence.

Schedule: 20–35 hours per week Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Rotating morning/evening shifts with overlap for coverage. ---
