Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by completing administrative tasks, supporting team management, and facilitating effective communication across departments. This position requires a blend of clerical skills, DOT Compliance , and a strong ability to run various office systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
Handle phone systems and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Support human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
Provide clerical support including data entry, correspondence, and report generation
Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity and morale

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Familiarity with phone systems and professional etiquette in handling calls
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required
Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
