Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

Shifts vary; flexibility and adaptability required to meet department needs

Qualifications:

Active RN license, eligible for practice in California
Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in an acute Operating Room setting
BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS and additional surgical certifications preferred
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and effective communication skills
Confidence operating within fast-paced environments and adapting to change

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, patient-centered care throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
Scrub and circulate for a range of surgical procedures following best practices and sterile technique
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members for optimal outcomes
Accurately document interventions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in staff meetings, compliance programs, and continuing education initiatives

$2,509 - $2,654/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
