The Problem With Most Sales Jobs? You Do The Work, Someone Else Gets The Credit.

Not here. You prospect, you open the door, you close the deal, and you keep the client. No closer swooping in to finish what you started. No account team taking over your relationships. What you build stays yours.

Here's the honest pitch: this is a build role, not a maintain role. You'll work the Willmar area and surrounding communities out of our Willmar office with a 40-year company behind you. The reputation gets you in the door. After that, it's on you.

You've had a taste of sales. Maybe an internship, maybe your first real job out of college, maybe a few years in and you're realizing the ceiling isn't where you want it. And now you're looking around thinking the upside should be bigger than this. You're not wrong.

What You'll Do

Own a Willmar area territory and grow it like it's your own business
Get out and meet people: business owners, office managers, decision makers, and actually build relationships with them
Figure out what's really slowing a business down and match them with the right office tech and workflow solution
Build a pipeline that keeps growing, not one that runs dry every quarter
Turn first deals into long-term relationships and referrals
Work with our internal team to make sure clients get the right fit, not just a sale
Sell office technology and document management solutions with uncapped commission
