"Liv'n Better Together" Suite Liv’n is a faith-based provider of affordable workforce housing in Willmar and Marshall, MN, committed to creating welcoming communities where everyone has a place to call home. With a belief that housing is a fundamental need, we strive to make quality living accessible to all, fostering hope and stability for individuals and families.

This is a Part-Time, Temp Role that is an on-site position for multi-family housing units in Willmar, MN.**

Position Overview:

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in our communities. This includes cleaning common areas, preparing units for new residents, and supporting site cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in creating a positive living experience. Organizational Accountability:

This is a Part- time, Hourly Non-Exempt on-site position reporting directly to the Community Manager. We are looking for someone that will fill a temp role need through the end of the summer, to help support our busy season. The housekeeper will work in collaboration with the maintenance team, leasing team and interact daily with residents. Work hour expectations is between 20-25 hours a week.

Systems & Site Oversight

Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, offices, and stairwells.
Sanitize high-touch areas and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
Prepare units for new residents by deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and floors following the cleaning checklist.

Resident Interaction

Maintain a courteous presence in shared spaces.
Respect residents’ homes and minimize disruption when cleaning.

Ancillary Duties:

Due to the nature of this role, you may be required to assist with additional projects such as seasonal projects that can include deep cleaning, event setup, and groundskeeping depending on the nature of the event and company needs.

Directly notify management of unit readiness or delays.

Maintain trust by respecting residents' privacy and property.
Perform work with attention to detail and consistency.

Bring a positive attitude and stamina to repetitive or physically demanding work.
Readily adapt to changing priorities and busy schedules.

Requirements of Applicant:

Must have valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Must pass pre-employment background check, credit check and drug screening
Must have reliable vehicle
Must be able to communicate via phone, text messaging, video calls, etc.
Training will be provided

Pre-requisite Experience:

Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred. Must be able to use common cleaning tools and products safely. Ability to lift up to 30lbs and perform repetitive tasks, including bending and standing for extended periods of time.

Technology Competency:

Basic understanding of mobile work order systems is preferred. Ability to check and communicate with company provided email and use Zoom app for communication needs. Must be able to read and follow instructions and cleaning schedules.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
