Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. Under the direction and supervision of our experienced Physical Therapists, the PTA will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their progress and recovery.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Provide hands-on therapy interventions based on established protocols and guidelines.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment techniques as necessary.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
