HIRING FOR SCHEDULING COORDINATOR / FRONT DESK
Full Time

Leading orthodontic practice with an amazing doctor and great team is HIRING! Looking to add a smiling, warm and friendly scheduling coordinator / greeter who is DETAIL ORIENTED, and HARD-WORKING. Orthodontic or Dental experience required. Non-negotiables are that you must have an eye for detail and extraordinary customer service.

Monday - Thursday, with rotating 1/2 day Fridays. A great atmosphere with a loving, progressive, supportive team. Must be professional but love having FUN and be Cheerful! bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Benefits: Competitive hourly wage, bonus structure, 401K, paid holidays, uniforms provided after 90 days, 4 day work week, team building, etc.

Additional details and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Cheerfully greet patients upon their arrival.
Management of all active patient scheduling: move patient appointments as needed to maximize the schedule.
Management of schedule templates.
Retrieval of new patient paperwork and patient flow.
Posting of charges and payments generated or received at the front desk
Team notification of schedule changes.
New Patient Experience on phone and in office.
Send office or patient correspondence as needed.
Scan in records as needed.
Communicate with other dental professionals in the best interest of the patient and practice.
Organize flow of front desk work; patient arrival, paperwork, phone calls, emails.
Cross train for some duties with Financials, Treatment Coordinating, and Marketing based on the applicants skill set.
