Full Job Description

Overview:

Team Leader, Integration Center

Working under minimal supervision of the Sr Manager, Technical Services Operations, referring only exceptional problems and issues for management review or approval, the Integration Center Team Leader oversees and coordinates the daily operations of their assigned zone. Leads configuration/depot/kitting team ensuring strategic direction is followed and coaching is completed for success. Spends over 50% of their time working alongside the Technicians completing projects while maintaining a high level of productivity. Identifies training needs and ensures training is completed by technicians to perform their jobs and ensure their maximum productivity. Generates daily and weekly KPI reports to present to the management team. This position is a 2nd shift position. The hours are M-F 3:00pm - 11:30pm.

Responsibilities:

Oversees daily zone activities, including staff schedules, and manages daily processing operations to stay within planned departmental budget per direction of Sr Manager, Technical Services Ops.
- Works closely with Director and managers to provide direction and growth strategies for the zone.
- Assigns tasks based on technician skills and ensures they are current on training and development to meet industry and manufacturer’s standards.
- Communicates with various departments including sales and product management on status of orders
Leads Configuration/Depot/Kitting team ensuring strategic direction is followed and coaching is completed for success.
- Provides continuous feedback on performance.
- Conducts annual performance evaluation.
- Develops and monitors goals and implements improvement plans as needed
Identifies training needs and ensures training is completed by technicians to perform their jobs and ensure maximum productivity.
Generates daily and weekly reports to present to the management team and to supporting departments
- Maintains reports to keep records and to find trends.
- Provides quality-related data to other departments as needed.
- Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned

Min: USD $65,500.00/Yr. Max: USD $83,129.00/Yr. Qualifications:

Degree requirements: Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience

Leadership skills with ability to manage and develop a team

Strong understanding of and working knowledge of the value-added technology industry

Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include creating presentations, creating documents in Word to included advanced formatting, and creating spreadsheets

Advanced technical aptitude with ability to absorb and apply newly learned technical skills

Acute understanding of IT services with ability to manage configuration services

Knowledge of Lean methodologies with ability to utilize within the configuration center

Advanced Access skills to work with databases and reports

Attention to technical details with ability to perform research on technical issues using a variety of tools as well as written details.

Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Customer oriented with ability to listen to and anticipate needs of the customer

Articulate with ability to express oneself clearly and professionally in written and oral communication

Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities

Analytical with ability to draw conclusions from data, systematic and rational
