Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As the heartbeat of our hospitality team, you will oversee daily front office activities, ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team dedicated to creating memorable stays for our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management expertise, multilingual skills, and passion for guest relations in a vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all front desk operations, including reservations, guest inquiries, and check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms.
Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring adherence to phone etiquette, hospitality standards, and hotel emergency procedures.
Manage guest relations by resolving issues promptly, addressing special requests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Oversee the night audit process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of daily transactions.
Implement and monitor hotel policies related to guest safety, property management systems (PMS), and emergency protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Facilitate effective communication with other departments to coordinate guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and security needs.
Maintain comprehensive records of all front office activities, including incident reports, guest feedback, and shift logs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in customer service.
Proficiency in hotel management systems such as OPERA or comparable property management software.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members.
Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest relations best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service solutions.
Previous resort experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential.
