What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative

Your primary responsibility will be to support and serve our clients. You’ll be the front line of communication for customer needs — from billing and policy changes to claims questions and coverage reviews. You’ll help people understand their policies, provide solutions, and ensure they feel confident and cared for.

· Key Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients

· Assist clients with billing, claims, and coverage questions

· Process policy changes, renewals, and documentation requests

· Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure proper coverage

· Build strong relationships with clients and deliver WOW experiences

· Document interactions in our systems and maintain accurate records

· Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for cross-sell or upsell

· Help onboard new clients to our agency family with professionalism and warmth
