Occupational Therapist

Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist/CHT with previous orthopedic and upper extremity rehabilitation experience to collaborate with our Board Certified, Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Physicians in providing exceptional patient care and helping patients restore function, independence, and quality of life.

Active Connecticut Occupational Therapist license required
Previous orthopedic and/or hand therapy experience necessary, CHT preferred
Willing to train new graduate with appropriate hand experience during clinical rotation
Strong EMR, PACS, MIPS, Excel, and Microsoft Word knowledge required
Strong ethical and professional character
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Positive attitude with the flexibility to adapt to change
Strong attention to detail, organization, initiative, and self-direction
Commitment to delivering outstanding patient service and maintaining positive relationships with patients, physicians, and coworkers
