Seeking Dishwasher at Prospect Restaurant at Scribner's Catskill Lodge
We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our restaurant team.
Prior dishwasher experience is a plus but not required, we are happy to train the right candidate.
If Prep Cook work is of interest, the role can grow to include these responsibilities.
Evening shifts are available at this time, full time or part time depending on the candidate's preference.
Our restaurant is open year round and this position is being offered as a year round role or as a seasonal role.

ABOUT PROSPECT AT SCRIBNER’S CATSKILL LODGE
Prospect Restaurant serves a playful twist on local cuisine inspired by the rich and diverse offerings of the Catskills. The dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows, mountain views, cast-iron stoves, and a large circular bar. The restaurant includes two private dining areas, its Whiskey Lounge and Private Dining Room. Just off of the dining room area is a large cedar deck featuring Westport chairs and a fire pit.

Following its first property, Scribner’s Catskill Lodge and its in-house Prospect Restaurant, Escape Hospitality opened Fellow Mountain Cafe less than 1-mile away.
