Teske Manufacturing is growing and we are looking for a dependable, motivated MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team.
We build high-quality utility and commercial trailers along with custom metal fabrication projects. This position is hands-on and ideal for someone who takes pride in producing clean, consistent welds and wants to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
· MIG weld steel trailer frames, components, and fabricated parts
· Read and follow blueprints, weld prints, and shop drawings
· Operate hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment safely
· Help fit and assemble trailer components before welding
· Inspect weld quality and maintain production standards
· Work with production and operations teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Follow all shop safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications
· MIG welding experience required
· Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints
· Strong attention to detail and weld quality
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
· Dependable attendance and positive attitude
· Manufacturing or trailer industry experience is a plus
· Robotic welding experience is a bonus but not required

Schedule
Monday – Friday
Typical shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
