Full Job Description

We are a rapidly growing, private-equity-backed healthcare organization specializing in infusion therapies for patients with chronic and complex conditions. Our organization is committed to providing exceptional patient care, building strong provider partnerships, and expanding access to high-quality infusion services.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth across the Northern California region. This is a home-based, outside sales position responsible for developing and managing provider relationships and generating referrals from physician practices, particularly within oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the infusion healthcare landscape and a proven ability to build relationships with physicians and healthcare practices. This position requires up to 60% travel throughout the assigned territory.

Compensation

Base Salary: $85,000–$120,000 annually
Incentive Compensation: Uncapped monthly incentives, with top performers earning $100,000+ in additional annual incentive compensation

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and report on sales strategies and goals to achieve territory objectives.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas while driving referral and revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-volume physician practices, particularly within oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology.
Educate physicians, clinical teams, and office staff on the organization's infusion services and capabilities.
Identify high-value target providers and develop strategic engagement plans to increase referral volume.
Monitor provider activity and referral trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and growth.
Collaborate with pharmaceutical representatives, health plans, health systems, and other healthcare partners to expand business opportunities.
Partner with marketing and operational teams to improve provider engagement and overall business performance.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, provider relationships, referral opportunities, and territory performance.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience with a strong track record of developing physician relationships and generating referrals within healthcare.
Experience working with oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and/or rheumatology practices, preferably within the infusion or specialty healthcare space.
3–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, health services, medical device, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or infusion services.
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage physicians, clinical teams, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize opportunities, and consistently achieve sales objectives.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% throughout the assigned territory.
