Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. This pivotal role combines hospitality management, guest relations, and customer service to ensure every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. As the first point of contact, you’ll be instrumental in delivering exceptional guest services while maintaining smooth front desk operations in a vibrant resort or hotel environment. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
Check guests in and out swiftly while ensuring all reservation details are accurate and complete
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive problem-solving skills
Maintain front desk operations including scheduling, guest registration, and room assignments
Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy
Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Uphold hospitality standards by managing guest feedback and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a focus on front desk operations
Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of hotel experience systems, including booking platforms and multi-line phone systems
Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest services protocols in a resort or hotel setting
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interactions
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
