Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

No weekends, nights or holidays

No call

Pay Range:

$25.30 - $37.95

Job Summary: Supports delivery of patient care by purchasing and maintaining an optimum inventory level of supplies. Come be a part of a teamwork-focused atmosphere where we value life/work balance, open communication and strong patient and team member engagement!

What You’ll Need:

High School Diploma or GED required
2 years’ experience purchasing pharmaceuticals and supplies required
Surgical Services supply chain, Surgical Tech or Sterile Processing tech experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of computer systems required

Job Specific Duties

Order Supply Tasks
- Manages the purchasing/receiving of drug/supply orders from the wholesaler/suppliers
- Manages the computer system set up with the wholesaler
Discrepancy Control
- Resolves purchase orders problems and billing errors when they occur
Billing Responsibilities
- Manages the transfer expenses/billing
Price Accuracy
- Maintains accurate prices in applicable computer system
Invoice Tasks
- Accurately posts invoices within 5 days of receipt
Professionalism
- Upholds a professional working relationship at all times and adheres to department rules
- Practices teamwork and adheres to Standards of Behavior

- Performs other duties as assigned by management
