Job Overview

Room At The Inn is a Christian ministry which provides housing and programs for homeless, pregnant women and families with children experiencing from homelessness or poverty. As an organization Licensed by the State of NC to provide residential maternity shelter and accredited by the Council on Accreditation, we are proudly expanding our programs and services.

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bingo Program Specialist to serve as the backup caller for 10 sequential bingo games per session and provides backup support for documentation. This role is vital in ensuring a fun, fair, and compliant gaming environment that enhances guest experiences. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to earn additional income.

Responsibilities

Assists in the fulfillment of the mission of Room At The Inn and exercises good stewardship in all tasks and activities.
Conducts and manages 10 consecutive bingo games per session, maintaining an engaging pace while ensuring strict adherence to official house rules and gaming regulations.
Oversees game-day administrative duties, including precise check writing for cash prizes and the systematic filing of night-of-play financial logs.
Monitors the bingo floor customers for purposes of calling back winning bingo cards.
Assists bingo players with prize inquiries, resolving payout questions with patience and a welcoming, professional demeanor.
Maintains confidentiality.
Provides cordial and friendly customer service.
Maintains a good attitude.
Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the bingo floor and tables.
Assists with clean-up after bingo, as needed.
Dresses properly and wears safe, comfortable shoes.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications

Previous bingo experience preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must have patience and a good attitude.
Must be on time and ready to work.
Must be able to communicate with customers and answer questions.
Must be sensitive to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the service population.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
