Full Job Description

Our company is looking to add on intelligent and capable individuals to work within our legal department. We are a nationwide debt collection agency. We utilize a network of collection law firms that litigate claims on the behalf of our clients. The representatives in our legal department act as liaisons between our attorney and our clients to ensure that our clients are being appropriately serviced and the cases progress in a manner that results in a successful recovery.

Case managers that work at Accounts Receivable will be tasked with managing cases at all phases of the litigation process through judgment recovery efforts. As we represent thousands of clients across the country in multiple industries case managers will deal with intriguing and engaging situations breaking the monotony that is experienced in many firms. We are looking for case managers that are free thinking and will use their experience and intuition to provide input into the cases they are handling. We want confident individuals that will ask difficult questions and provide suggestions and input when communicating with attorneys. As litigation cases can often involve complex problems, the individuals in this position need to have the ability to be adaptive and capable of thinking critically to solve problems.

Individuals that are applying for this position need to be explain the civil litigation process. As you will be tasked with explaining this process to clients that are sometimes not knowledgeable about the legal process, the ability to clearly explain the process is necessary.

Our compensation plans for case managers include weekly pay, paid time off. We are looking for individuals that are looking for long term employment.

The position is open to anyone who can demonstrate their skill and competency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
