Job Overview
As our Creative Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the creation, coordination, and execution of bold, beautiful social media content across multiple brands. You’ll work closely with the founder to bring strategies to life, crafting captions, designing graphics, and helping produce content that connects and converts.

This is a creative execution role, so you’ll help support the behind-the-scenes while the founder leads client communication. Over time, the role is intended to evolve into a full-time position as the agency scales. This position is open only to candidates who currently live in Central Florida and can reliably travel throughout the Orlando area for in-person content shoots.

Although much of the administrative, design, and editing work can be completed remotely, this is not a fully remote position. The contractor will be expected to attend local client shoots, capture content for Bold Brand Collective, appear in content when needed, and occasionally travel between shoot locations.

Reliable transportation is required.

What you’ll do

Social Media Copywriting – Write short-form captions, hooks, hashtags, calls to action, and on-screen text that sound human, engaging, and aligned with each client’s brand voice.
Posting & Scheduling – Schedule or manually publish content across social platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Rella, or similar platforms.
Research & Strategy Support – Stay on top of trends, sounds, content formats, competitors, creators, and industry updates while bringing relevant ideas to the team.
Design in Canva – Create brand-aligned graphics, carousels, Stories, covers, and promotional assets.
Manage Client Revisions – Implement feedback accurately, communicate questions clearly, and keep creative files organized throughout the revision process.
Task Management – Update Monday.com boards, checklists, production timelines, and content calendars while keeping assigned projects moving forward.
In-Person Content Filming – Assist with Central Florida content shoots, capture social-first photo and video, and ensure priority shots are completed.
On-Camera Content Creation – Appear in agency or client content when needed, including trends, demonstrations, lifestyle footage, voiceovers, and creative concepts.
Creative Ideation – Bring fresh concepts, hooks, transitions, filming ideas, and recommendations to help make the work stronger and more engaging.
Basic Analytics Tracking – Pull engagement metrics, screenshots, and performance data to support client reporting.
Community Engagement – Like, comment, and respond to audience interactions according to each brand’s voice and community guidelines.
Basic Video Editing – Edit short-form clips in CapCut or Canva, for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
File Organization – Keep Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, and project folders tidy, clearly labeled, and easy for the team to navigate.
Problem-Solving & Initiative – Seek answers, research solutions, communicate roadblocks early, and take ownership of moving tasks forward.

What We’re Looking For

A self-starter who’s obsessed with details and deadlines.
Someone with a creative eye, love for design, and a strong writing voice.
Comfort using Canva, Monday.com (or similar tools), and social platforms daily.
Basic video editing experience (CapCut or Canva).
Curiosity, someone who’s always learning, testing, and thinking “How can we make this better?”
Availability for Central Florida-based filming days.
Excitement and confidence to appear on camera for agency and client content.
The ability to capture quality social-first photo and video content during shoots.
Someone who brings fresh ideas, positive energy, and creative recommendations to the table.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
