What You’ll Do

Lead multi-site neurodiagnostic operations, ensuring productivity, workflow efficiency, staffing oversight, and schedule management.
Provide operational, technical, and clinical leadership while maintaining expertise in neurodiagnostic procedures and best practices.
Direct daily staff activities and collaborate with facility leadership to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
Oversee inpatient, outpatient, and surgical neurodiagnostic services, including scheduling, technician support, registration, and clinical operations.
Monitor patient care quality, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives through observation and policy adherence.
Develop and support teammates through onboarding, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and talent management activities.
Manage departmental budgets, purchasing, inventory, cost containment, ethical compliance, and age-specific standards of care.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's Degree
Typically requires 3 years experience in In neurodiagnostic testing/technology that includes EEG, Evoke Potential procedures, intraoperative monitoring (IOM) and transcranial dopplers.
R. EEG T. – Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist issued by American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) and
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Schedule Details

Full-time
Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
