Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to oversee all front desk operations at our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. This role requires proficiency in managing front desk staff, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of guest relations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to hotel policies.
Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel standards.
Maintain effective communication with other departments to enhance guest services and operational efficiency.
Implement and uphold high standards of hospitality management to ensure a positive guest experience.
Utilize multi-line phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while assisting guests.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests by promoting a culture of hospitality and attentiveness among staff.

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
Familiarity with night audit processes is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using front desk software and multi-line phone systems.
