Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and referral partners
- Guide borrowers from application through closing
- Recommend mortgage solutions that best fit each client's financial goals
- Maintain a strong pipeline of purchase and refinance business
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and operations for efficient closings
- Build and mentor future Loan Officers as your business grows
Qualifications
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) License Required
- Previous mortgage origination experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, and HELOC loan products
- Passion for helping families achieve homeownership while building a successful business
