About Harris Digital

Harris Digital is a Woodbridge, CT-based digital transformation agency helping B2B and B2C businesses grow through eCommerce, systems integration (including NetSuite), digital marketing, and digital transformation. We work with manufacturers, distributors, and life sciences companies to modernize how they sell, operate, and connect with customers — combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic guidance across platforms like Shopify, Shopware, Magento, and NetSuite.

Role Overview

We're looking for a versatile Digital Marketing & Client Success Coordinator to sit at the intersection of client/project management and hands-on marketing execution. You'll manage day-to-day client relationships and project timelines across our marketing engagements, execute digital marketing campaigns for both D2C eCommerce clients and B2B clients (two distinct disciplines), and support Harris Digital's own growth by contributing to internal marketing and light business-development / BDR-style outreach. This is a great fit for someone who wants variety — a mix of client-facing project management, creative and analytical marketing work, and exposure to the sales/marketing pipeline side of a growing agency.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Support

Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients on marketing engagements, ensuring clear communication and expectations
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and status reporting across multiple concurrent client accounts
Coordinate internally with strategists, designers, and developers to keep marketing projects on track and on budget
Prepare and present campaign performance reports and recommendations to clients
Identify scope changes, risks, or client concerns early and escalate appropriately

Digital Marketing Execution — D2C / eCommerce Clients

Execute and manage email/SMS marketing campaigns (e.g., Klaviyo) — flows, segmentation, campaign calendars
Support paid social campaign setup and optimization (Meta Ads Manager and similar platforms)
Monitor and report on performance using GA4 and platform-native analytics
Support content and promotional calendar planning for retention and growth

Digital Marketing Execution — B2B Clients

Build and manage lead nurture sequences and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platform)
Support development of sales enablement materials — one-pagers, case studies, battle cards, proposal content
Assist with B2B-specific channels: organic and paid LinkedIn, email outreach sequences, gated content/lead magnets
Understand and work within longer B2B sales cycles, coordinating marketing activity with client sales team goals

Internal Marketing & Business Development Support

Support Harris Digital's own marketing efforts — content, campaigns, and brand presence
Assist with outbound prospecting for Harris Digital's pipeline: email and LinkedIn sequencing, lead research and qualification
Maintain CRM hygiene for internal business development activity and hand off qualified leads appropriately
Collaborate with leadership on internal campaigns, events, and thought-leadership content (e.g., the Varato platform)

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a client-facing marketing, account management, or marketing project coordination role
Hands-on experience with at least one email/marketing automation platform (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
Working knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager) and web analytics (GA4)
Understanding of the practical differences between D2C/eCommerce marketing and B2B marketing (sales cycle, channels, content types)
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting performance data to clients
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
Basic familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales/marketing sequencing concepts (even without direct BDR experience)
Based in or willing to commute to Woodbridge, CT (in-office role)

Preferred Qualifications

Prior agency experience, ideally supporting both B2B and D2C/eCommerce clients
Direct experience with NetSuite, Shopify, Shopware, or Adobe Commerce ecosystems
Experience with LinkedIn-based B2B outreach or ABM tactics
Some direct BDR, SDR, or inside-sales experience
Familiarity with SEO/SEM fundamentals

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

Independently manages a book of client accounts with minimal oversight on day-to-day status and reporting
Comfortably executes marketing tasks across both D2C and B2B client types without needing channel-by-channel hand-holding
Actively contributing to Harris Digital's own pipeline through consistent outbound activity
Recognized by clients and internal team as a reliable, organized point of contact

Performance Bonus: Additional incentive tied to internal pipeline/BDR contributions (structure to be finalized)

Final compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, the balance of D2C vs. B2B marketing expertise, and prior client-facing/PM background.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
