What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in menu planning and recipe development. - Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. - Overseeing food preparation and ensuring consistent presentation. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. - Monitoring inventory and coordinating with suppliers to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients. - Upholding our commitment to quality and excellence in every dish.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef who brings: - At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen. - A strong understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations. - The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills. - A passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes that reflect our farm-to-table philosophy.
