Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing, award-winning greeting card company. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in advertising and brand management, with a strong ability to lead both strategy and execution.

As a small, agile team, we’re looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a hands-on mindset, strong multitasking ability, and a willingness to wear multiple hats. Having experience in consumer goods or retail brands is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

Own end-to-end brand marketing strategy across all channels and touchpoints
Drive portfolio growth across two brands (DTC, retail, wholesale)
Optimize marketing efficiency, improving acquisition, conversion, and ROI

Campaign Management

Plan and execute campaigns across website, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google Ads
Lead campaigns from concept to launch, driving awareness and sales
Identify new channels, tactics, and growth opportunities
Manage and negotiate advertising partnerships

Content & Creative

Collaborate with Design on campaign assets, product launches, and planning
Oversee content strategy across email, social, and web
Write and edit copy for website, ads, emails, and product pages
Manage blog and storytelling initiatives

Ecommerce & Website

Manage website updates (products, collections, tagging)
Improve SEO, UX, and conversion performance
Support merchandising and product launch strategy

CRM, Email & SMS

Execute email and SMS marketing strategies
Segment audiences, build flows, and optimize performance
Grow and retain subscriber base, improving engagement and revenue

Social & Community

Manage social scheduling, engagement, and performance
Respond to customer interactions across platforms
Develop influencer and ambassador programs

Analytics & Performance

Track and report on campaign performance and ROI
Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend efficiency
Provide insights to inform strategy and growth

Qualifications

7+ years of digital marketing experience.
Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, Shopify
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
Self-starter with strong problem-solving mindset

Preferred Tools

Shopify / Shopify Plus
Hubspot, Klaviyo, Semrush
Asana, NetSuite

Additional Requirements

Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented
Team player with a hands-on approach
Some travel may be required
Willingness to support broader business needs as needed

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Base salary 80-110K (negotiable)
401(k) Contribution: American Funds: Company Match, 100% of contributions up to 3% of your salary and an additional 50% match from 3.1-5%
Profit Sharing: at company discretion
Health Insurance: Allways Health Partners HMO (50% of Premiums company paid)
Dental & Vision: Metlife (50% of Premiums company paid)
