Catering Event Staff (Servers, Bartenders, Event Leads)

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour + Tips

Job Type: Part-time / Flexible Schedule / On-Call

Location: Commissary in Northborough, MA (Venues vary across the region)

About the Role

From elegant weddings and corporate luncheons to backyard BBQs, pig roasts, and food truck events, no two days are the same. Because our events are booked months in advance, you have total control over your availability. When new events pop up, we send an email—all you have to do is accept the shifts that fit your life!

We are a growing local team centered around a passion for great food, teamwork, and outstanding service. We’re looking for reliable Event Staff ($30/hr.) Bartenders ($35 hr.) and experienced Event Managers ($35/hr.) to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with setting up banquet areas, buffets, and decor, and packing up post-event.
Guest Service: Serve food and beverages, circulate appetizers, clear tables, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Manager Duties (Event Leads): Pack out equipment and organize food at our Northborough commissary prior to events, overseeing smooth execution on-site.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to our commissary in Northborough, MA, or directly to event venues.
Great Attitude: Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a focus on quality service.
Stamina: Comfort standing and moving around for extended shifts (6 to 10 hours).
Experience: Previous catering or restaurant experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!
