Meat Cutter-Assistant to the Manager
West Boylston, MA

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality meat products and ensuring customer satisfaction? Our client is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing and processing a variety of meat products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Need to be able to work a flexible retail shift-Start times are 8:00am and 1:00pm-open 7 days a week. Need 6 months experience-will train.
Long term-Temp to Hire-Pay Depends on Experience.$22.00 to 26.00.

Responsibilities of the Meat Cutter

Cut, trim, and package various types of meat, including beef, pork, and poultry.
Ensure all meat products meet quality and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold hygiene standards.
Assist customers with their selections and provide expert cooking advice.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Collaborate with our client's team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements of the Meat Cutter

Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
Comprehensive knowledge of different meat cuts and processing techniques.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide cooking advice.
Experience in a grocery store or butcher shop setting is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
