Senior Executive Assistant

Acton, MA | $67/Hour

Support Executive Leadership and Drive Business Impact

Are you an experienced Senior Executive Assistant who excels in supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced, global business environment? We're seeking a highly organized, strategic professional to provide high-level support to Vice Presidents and leadership teams. This role goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities, requiring strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and priority alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and last-minute changes.
Organize executive meetings, town halls, leadership events, and offsite meetings.
Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, action items, and executive communications.
Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
Manage expense reports, corporate card reconciliations, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor coordination using Concur and SAP.
Maintain collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience supporting senior executives, VP-level leaders, C-suite executives, or general managers.
Proven success managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience supporting global organizations and international teams.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Concur, SAP, and Smartsheet preferred.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environments.
