VIDIA is a Worcester-based creative agency built around a simple idea: Stop Advertising. Start Living. We help brands — restaurants, hospitality spots, nightlife venues, and growing local businesses — tell real stories instead of running generic ads. Our work spans video production, content strategy, social media management, and full brand activations.

The Role
We're looking for a part-time Video Editor to join our studio and help bring our clients' stories to life. You'll be editing content for a roster of real clients across restaurants, hospitality, and nightlife, as well as content for VIDIA's own studio channels.
What you'll be doing:
- Editing short-form and long-form content in Final Cut Pro
- Cutting social-first content (Reels, TikToks, promo videos) with a clear sense of pacing, rhythm, and story
- Color, sound, and motion graphic touches to keep our client work polished and on-brand
- Collaborating directly with our production team from raw footage to final delivery
- Occasionally helping shape edits creatively, not just executing a shot list
What You'll Need
- A Mac — this is a must. Our entire workflow runs on Final Cut Pro, so comfort and speed inside FCP is non-negotiable
- A strong eye for pacing, story structure, and what makes content actually watchable
- Experience editing for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Ability to work in-office in Worcester, MA (preferred) — we like building energy in person
- Self-starter mentality — you take direction well but don't need everything spelled out
- Portfolio or reel required
