Sales Representative — Wound Care for Skilled Nursing Facilities (MA/NH)

Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skin Care** | Northborough, MA (field-based) | Part-time or Full-time | Uncapped commission

Who we are

We are a physician-led wound care and surgical dermatology practice serving skilled nursing facilities across Massachusetts and New Hampshire since 2015. Our bedside wound care program delivers faster healing, fewer wound-related hospitalizations, and measurable savings for partner facilities — and we literally wrote the book on wound dressings. We are growing, and we want a dedicated closer.

What you'll do

- Open doors: build relationships with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and corporate/regional clinical leaders at skilled nursing facilities and management groups across MA and NH

- Convert interest into signed facility service agreements, then hand off to our clinical team for launch

- Use our proven door-openers: free 1-hour wound care in-services for nursing staff, our published dressing guide, and quarterly outcomes reports

- Represent the practice at industry events (e.g., Mass Senior Care Annual Meeting & Trade Show)

- Keep a simple pipeline and report weekly

Who you are

- You know long-term care. Former admissions/marketing director, clinical liaison, hospice/home health/medical supply rep — or a nurse who loves the business side

- An existing network of MA/NH SNF administrators and DONs is your superpower

- Self-directed, coachable, and energized by performance-based pay

- Valid driver's license; regional travel required

How you're paid (performance-forward, uncapped)

- Modest base/retainer plus mileage

- Signing bonus for every new facility that goes live (paid after the facility's first month of service)

- Trailing percentage of first-year collections from each facility you sign

- No cap. One signed building can repay your commissions many times over, and our facility relationships last years
