Full Job Description

Tour and Event Planner

Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Tour and Event Planner to coordinate AFRL/RA corporate tours, leadership visits, technical events, and major directorate functions.

Posting Quantity: 1 full-time position

Duties and Responsibilities:

Log and track event and visit requests and communicate schedule changes to leadership.
Develop agendas, visitor biographies, program histories, event plans, and logistics packages.
Coordinate facilities, access, transportation, AV support, technical materials, and attendee communications.
Escort tours and ensure activities remain aligned with approved schedules.
Prepare post-event meeting minutes, action items, and lessons learned.

Minimum Education / Experience / Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain at least a Secret security clearance recorded in DISS; certain assignments require higher-level access.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and Air Force-approved web applications.
Must communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and maintain professional working relationships.
