Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Understand that Safety and ISO quality standards, requirements and responsibilities must be the top priority.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum 1 year Hi-lo and scan gun experience and the ability to maintain certification.
- Chemical Blending experience a plus.
- Able to follow written and verbal directions, and complete necessary documentation. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime hours as needed.
- Ability to work and contribute to a team approach with a positive attitude and outlook.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs critical master blending job duties on a regular basis classified as critical, advanced blending capabilities requiring special skills, experience and due diligence.
- Deals with quality control, formulas, work orders, blending and maintaining accurate inventory records of critical advanced materials. ·
- Pick, weigh, blend, and transfer raw materials for packaging/wrapping utilizing and ensuring quality control checks while handling products and by testing products to maintain percentage accuracy/purity.
- Accurate and complete paperwork, labeling and other specified actions are mandatory.
- Perform various roles through rotation into Liquids, Powders, Waste Treatment, and others as assigned.
- Transfer products to warehouse for staging and ensure accuracy of orders pf packaged product.
- Operate, set-up, program, supply, and maintain equipment as outlines in SOP’s for manufacturing.
- Load and unload tankers.
- Ability to utilize weights and measures to accurately fill containers.
- Perform operational maintenance procedures as directed.
- Contributes to the successful blending operation at Haviland and enhances operations by ensuring a reflexive manner on decisions made by focusing on safety, costs, benefits, and risks.
- Maintain facility cleanliness throughout blending operations and duties at all times.
