Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

Engage in proactive outside sales efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and upselling relevant products or services.
Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales growth and market penetration.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, marketing campaigns, and leveraging CRM software tools such as Salesforce.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems for accurate forecasting and analysis.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for lead tracking, account management, and sales analysis.
Demonstrated ability in business development, territory management, and direct sales strategies.
Knowledge of marketing principles related to sales enablement and lead generation techniques like cold calling.
Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and product positioning for optimal upselling opportunities.
Ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories frequently and work independently with minimal supervision.
