Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Vacuum Truc Operator & Water Hauling professional to join our team. This role involves operating specialized trucks for water hauling and vacuum services, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, experience with various truck types, and a commitment to safety and reliability. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Operate vacuum trucks, water hauling equipment, and other related vehicles safely and efficiently.
Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks.
Conduct routine inspections of trucks and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
Manage route driving schedules, ensuring timely delivery and pickup of materials across designated locations.
Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance activities.
Follow all safety protocols related to truck operation, hazardous materials handling, and road safety standards.
Assist with maintenance tasks as needed to keep trucks in optimal condition.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with relevant endorsements for tractor-trailer, tanker, flatbed, refrigerated trailer, or roll-off trucks preferred.
Experience in truck driving, route driving, or delivery driver roles involving freight or similar cargo.
Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable.
Ability to operate specialized equipment such as forklifts or dump trucks is a plus.
Prior experience with water hauling or vacuum truck operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary.
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to trucking and hazardous materials handling.
Physical ability to load & unload cargo manually or using equipment; ability to lift heavy loads when required.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. This role is vital for maintaining efficient operations within our transportation services while emphasizing safety, reliability, and professionalism at all times.
