AM Line Cook with Weekend Availability

**Candidates must already live in Jackson, WY or nearby locations**

Located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Caldera House is a spirited luxury condo-hotel and commercial property located within the heart of Teton Village. With our prime location, Caldera House offers luxury condos and memberships, which gain access to our state of the art locker room, valet parking and concierge service, and a plush apres-ski lounge, all at the foot of one of the best resort mountains in the world. In addition, Caldera House includes Southcable Cafe, Corsa Restaurant, Shin Shin Sushi, and Mudroom & Nomad Sports Shops, for all visitors of the ski resort to enjoy.

Position Summary
The Line Cooks work with kitchen leadership to determine the production goals for the day and ensure quality products are being produced. The Line Cook is expected to prepare hot and cold foods for the restaurant and cafe, as well as catered events as required. Must have a passion for cooking and work well as part of a team.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Produce excellent quality and presentation of all menu items
Know and comply with all presentation, cooking methods, portion sizes, quality standards, and cleanliness standards and procedures
Keep the line and all other ares of the kitchen clean and assist in daily cleanings
Stock sufficient levels of food products and tools to the work stations to ensure a smooth shift
Set up and break down stations, ensuring proper food labeling and storage
Note any low or out of stock items and report them to the Sous or Executive Chef

Qualifications

Must be available to work weekends
Culinary experience required
Communicate effectively and clearly with all kitchen and restaurant staff
Familiar with all line stations
Knife skills
Ability to multi-task under pressure and maintain a calm attitude with all personalities
Act professionally with co-workers, bosses, vendors or any guests
Must be able to stand and work in a kitchen environment for the entirety of a shift
Must have a flexible schedule
Must be reliable and show up to scheduled shifts
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and stay through the entire season
Fluency in English an asset
