We're hiring Physical Therapists to relocate to a highly independent critical access hospital serving a small Eastern Oregon community of roughly 7,000 residents. This is true rural medicine: broad scope, strong community ties, and a pace that allows you to treat intentionally.

This is not a stepping-stone department. It's a long-term team.

Housing & Relocation Support
Rental listings in this area are often word-of-mouth. HR maintains direct landlord connections and actively assists incoming staff with housing leads. Temporary housing options may be available during transition.
Candidates must be genuinely open to rural living.
Lifestyle
This community is surrounded by national forest land and mountain terrain. Outdoor access includes hiking, skiing, fishing, and open space — without traffic, congestion, or urban density.
Weekend access to larger Oregon cities and neighboring states is realistic, but daily life here is quiet, close-knit, and community-centered.
Ideal Candidates
- Inexperienced therapists welcome (mentorship provided)
- Strong communication and soft skills
- Comfortable with broad caseload variety
- Team-oriented and values-driven
