Full Job Description

Position Summary

ZC Rubber America is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Bilingual (English & Mandarine) Junior Accountant to join our Accounting team.

This position is ideal for an early-career accounting professional with some practical accounting experience who is looking to further develop their skills in a corporate environment. The company will provide training on our accounting procedures and ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and assist with vendor payments.
Review invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
Prepare and process credit and debit memos.
Perform basic account and vendor reconciliations.
Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Assist with month-end accounting tasks as needed.
Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
Provide general support to the Accounting team as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
1–2 years of accounting or related work experience preferred.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsible, organized, dependable, and strong in follow-through.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus.
Infor experience is a plus but not required.
Willing to learn and able to work independently after training.
